Today’s 30 second review focuses on the latest creation from the makers of the Pillow Pet. The product in question is called Stompeez. Stompeez are essentially animal slippers that make various movements when you stomp your feet. Some have ears that flop up while others have opening mouths. They currently come in the following styles: Sir One-Eyed Monster, Growlin’ Dragon, Be-Bop Bunny, Unusual Unicorn, Perky Puppy, Playful Blue Puppy, and Peek-A-Boo Kitty.

I, too, didn’t get my order for Christmas despite assurances that I would and even though it was placed 12/2. I, too, have filed a complaint with the BBB and I have contact Nickelodeon about vetting their sponsors better. I will never order from a TV commercial again. If anything, it was a learning opportunity for my kids about dishonest companies and being careful where you spend your money. I am glad I used a visa gift card and not a bank card or a credit card.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE, the cusotmer service is horrible. I ordered my daughter shoes and they still have not arrived 31 days latter. Stompeez company says they can not track it. Refers customer to FedEx. Fedex says it is a smart post and not them.
I agree. Stompeez are a rip off! I ordered them in november so they would be here for christmas and I was told a certain kind was on back order after being put on hold for 15 minutes, so I changed the slipper and was then told that my order would be ready the 22nd (just in time for christmas). WELL christmas has came and went and i never recieved them, so i called the number and was just told that my order had never been shipped and i was never informed that more of the slippers i ordered were on back order. i cancelled my order and i will not order from them again.
Same here… ordered Nov 20th. Called Dec 22 and was told they are in stock and will ship overnight. They didn’t show. I sent an email on Dec 26th with no reply so I called today (Dec 28) and was told I was lied to on Dec 22! and it would be another 2 weeks before they would ship. I cancelled but am so upset how this was handled. If they just told me they would not make it, I could have done something else for my nephews for Christmas!
What a disgrace!!! I ordered two pairs on November 23,2011. I was GUARANTEED delivery by Christmas! Well here it is December 28th and still no slippers! I even called two days and spoke to two different women who AGAIN GUARANTEED Christmas delivery! The website even stated that delivery would be GUARANTEED by Christmas if ordered by December 5th. I order things alot online and never had this happen. I also never had two disappointed little girls on Christmas who were told “Santa” would bring the slippers!
I too was highly disappointed. I ordered a pair for my daughter and son. Just to be disappointmet and heart broken for Christmas. We all should received a free pair. Just for the misleading and disappointments.
I ordered 2 pairs Dec 2, promised them for Christmas. I checked up on them daily and daily promised they would be here for Christmas. Didnt happen , called on the 26 and promised before New Years , here it is Jan 5th still being processed . I just called and “Terry ” said owner donated a shipment that is why orders didnt ship . REALLLLLY , wish I could get proof of that . I highly doubt they donated the slippers customers had been waiting months for .
I ordered these Nov. 22 with a guarenteed delivery by Christmas. These were just delivered today Jan. 11. The ship date on the order form from UPS says they were not shipped until Jan. 5th. I was never informed that either of the styles was on backorder/out of stock.
Wow, these guys really dropped the ball on this. I’m curious as to when some of the other commenters finally received their slippers.

We ordered these a few days before Thanksgiving. It is now January 15th. I have still not recieved my order. I was told I would have them by Christmas, than right after Christmas, the last time I called I was told they are on back order. Worst company ever!!!!
I also placed my order on November 22nd with guaranteed delivery by Christmas. In fact I posted here about calling to get the discounts. Sadly I have not received the order yet. I just called again and was told there is no information on when it will ship. So I told them to cancel my order. Instead, they offered to waive my s/h completely and include a free duffel bag….of course there’s still no information on when they will ship. I called 855-876-1809.
where are the slippers I ordered before christmas
I ordered my daughter the cat stompeez on Nov 17th in time for Christmas. Well, I got a blanket(which I didn’t order, I ordered a duffel bag free with the slippers if you pay shipping) a week ago, and still no slippers. This company is ridiculous. Never again will I order from TV.
